Thank you for the printing of the 25 t-shirts towards my Eagle Project. Thank you for supporting our troops.
For my Eagle project, I wanted to send care packages to troops serving overseas. I created flyers, distributed them throughout my neighborhood and to family and friends via email. I collected 1,528 items and $352 to pay for shipping costs. Over two dozen people helped distribute fliers and create the packages. Care packages were created and sent to the Deployed Women in the Service, troops in Kuait, Afghanistan and the Philippines. In addtition, care package were sent to the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany to benefit injured troops. In all, 20 packages were shipped to troops overseas.
The Landstuhl Regional Medical CEnter specifically requested t-shirts. When I distrubted teh fliers around my neighborhook, Mr. Greaby contacted me from the American Legion Post No. 226 and Barefoot Imprint. To my delight, the American Legion Post 227 donated 25 shirts and your company printed the shirts with a Veteran's DAy graphic on the front and information about my project, your company and the American Legion on the back.
